Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your parcel online .
Delivery Terms
- Signature: All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
- Failed Delivery: If you are not available to accept delivery, the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot.
- Remote Areas: Please allow an additional 1-2 working days for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, or other remote locations .
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
