1. Your Right to Cancel (The “Cooling-Off Period”)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you are a consumer based in the UK, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason .
- Cancellation Period: The 14-day cancellation period starts from the day you receive your goods .
- Notification: To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) before the 14-day period expires.
2. Returns
- Timeframe to Return: You have a further 14 days from the date you notify us of your cancellation to return the goods to us .
- Condition of Goods: To be eligible for a full refund, the items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging .

UK - Return Costs: You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. We recommend using a tracked or signed-for service.
3. Refunds
- Timing: We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving proof of postage, whichever is sooner .
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Deductions: We may make a deduction from the refund for loss in value of the goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
4. Faulty Goods
If you receive a faulty item, you have the right to a refund or replacement .
- 0-30 Days: If the goods are faulty, you have the right to reject the goods within 30 days of receipt and receive a full refund.
- 6 Months: If a fault appears within 6 months of delivery, it is presumed that the fault was present at the time of delivery. We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund.
5. Exceptions
The right to cancel does not apply to:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
